We were so impressed with good service that would stay there again. Location: the hotel was so close to a shopping mall and a large and modern shopping centre. Also, it was 15 mins walk from Plaza Centro Las Americas. They offered us great meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel was located very close to restaurants, shops, and a mall. the location was favorable and excellent, being near an airport. - Checked out Apipilpark, just a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

Great location near a modern shopping center and motorway. The hotel had all the modern amenities I needed like a heated swimming pool and gym. The rooms were also well insulated and clean.

My stay was marred by poor customer service. My room key card did not work intermittently for three days, and it took too long to get it replaced even though I reported the issue multiple times.
